RP-HPLC法测定复方异丙嗪甘草口服溶液中盐酸异丙嗪和甘草酸的含量

摘要 目的建立测定复方异丙嗪甘草口服溶液中盐酸异丙嗪和甘草酸的含量的反相高效液相色谱方法。方法采用Waters Bridge C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以水(以冰醋酸调节p H值至2.5)-甲醇(40∶60)为流动相,检测波长254nm,流速为1.0m L·min-1,进样量为10μL,柱温30℃。结果盐酸异丙嗪平均回收率99.2%(RSD=0.13%);甘草酸铵平均回收率99.8%(RSD=0.25%)。结论此方法同时测定盐酸异丙嗪和甘草酸含量的方法,不需要分离测定两种主要成份,简单、快速、专属性强,为更好地控制该药品的质量提供了依据。 OBJECTIVE To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of the content of hydrochloric acid and hydrochloric acid in compound. METHODS The waters Bridge C18 ( 250mm × 4.6mm, 5 μm) column, with water ( adjusted to pH 2. 5 with glacial acetic acid) -methanol ( 40: 60) as mobile phase, the detection wave- length of 254nm. The flow rate was 1.0mL · min-l, sampie volume of 10μL, column temperature was 30℃. RESULTS The average recovery rate of hydrochloric acid was 99.2% ( RSD = 0. 13 % ) , and the average recover- y rate was 99.8% (RSD =0.25% ). CONCLUSION The method of simultaneous determination of promethazine hydrochloride and glycyrrhizic acid content does not require separation and determination of the two main compo- nents. It is simple, rapid and specific, and provides a basis for better control of the quality of the drug.
