摘要 通过大规模学生调查深入探寻校园欺凌的危害及成因,提出针对性建议。基于从西部某省5个区县抽测的10 455名九年级学生调查数据,采用相关分析方法,得出以下结论:校园欺凌不仅危害学生身心健康发展,也影响学生学业表现水平;校园欺凌的成因包括社会、学校、教师、家庭、个人等各方面因素,其中校园周边不良环境、学校内部育人文化环境、教师师德师风、家庭冲突、学业压力等因素都与校园欺凌息息相关。有效防范和治理校园欺凌行为,需要相关职能部门与学校、家庭、社区互相配合,教育行政部门应加强依法办学,构建学校周边环境综合治理常态化检查督导机制;学校应加强法制建设和问责考核机制,深入推进法制教育;家长应重视家庭教育,积极配合学校工作。 This article intends to explore the harm and cause of campus bullying through large-scale student investigation, and put forwards some suggestions. Based on the survey data of 10,455 ninth grade students drawn from five districts or counties in a certain province in western China, together with analysis methods such as correlation analysis, hypothetical test and regression analysis, the main conclusions are as follows: Campus bullying not only does harm to the physical and mental health of students, but also influences their study performance. The reasons of campus bullying include social, school, teachers, family, individual and other factors. Among them, bad environments outside and inside the school, teachers' morality, family conflict, study pressure, and so on are all related to the campus bullying. In order to prevent and manage the campus bullying behavior effectively, the relevant functional departments and schools, families, communities need to co-operate with each other. The paper also makes the following suggestions: the education administration departments should strengthen to manage schools by law, and construct the system of school surroundings management; the schools should strengthen the school legal system construction and accountability assessment mechanism, promote the legal education; parents should learn more about campus bullying, pay attention to family education, and actively cooperate with the school work.
