摘要
目的探讨护理干预在前列腺增生合并高血压患者围手术期中的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年2月至2016年9月收治的80例前列腺增生合并高血压患者为研究对象,按照入院顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予围手术期护理干预。比较两组患者治疗前、后血压和护理满意度。结果护理后,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压均低于护理前,且观察组患者的收缩压、舒张压明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度为97.5%(39/40),明显高于对照组的80.0%(32/40)(P<0.05)。结论护理干预应用于前列腺增生合并高血压患者围手术期临床效果显著,能够合理控制患者的血压,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of perioperative nursing intervention in hypertension patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Eighty hypertension patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who treated in our hospital from February 2014 to Sept ember 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the admission sequence, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received routine nursing, the observation group was given nursing intervention. The blood pressure before and after nursing, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.5% （39/40）, which was higher than 80.0% （32/40） of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of perioperative nursing intervention in hypertension patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia is significant, it can control the patients＂ blood pressure reasonably and improve the nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
