摘要
药物滥用是全世界面临的严重问题。被滥用的药物有阿片、吗啡、海洛因、可卡因、大麻、镇静催眠药、中枢兴奋剂、致幻剂和有机溶媒等。药物滥用涉及到所有的社会阶层和所有年龄组的人群,造成刑事犯罪,引起艾滋病的传播,危害了个人、家庭和社会。世界各国对药物滥用都采取了相应的措施,对麻醉药品和精神药物实行严格管理,加强禁毒斗争,以充分发挥药物的治疗作用,避免药物滥用。
Drug abuse is a serious problem being faced with in the world. Abuse drugs are opiates, morphine, heroin, cocaine, marihuana, sedatives, stimulants, hallucinogens, organic solvents, etc. All social classes and population are involved. Individuals, families and society are endangered. Crimes and AIDS are induced by drug abuse. All coutries in the world take emergency measures against drug abuse and strengthen the administration of narcotics and psychoactive drugs. Thus, the therapeutic action of drugs is brought into full play and the drug abuse can be avoided.
