摘要
目的:探讨三仁汤加减联合西药盆腔灌注治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效。方法:选择医院2014年2月—2016年2月收治的120例慢性盆腔炎患者,根据随机双色球分组法将患者分为两组。对照组患者仅行西药盆腔灌注治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用中药三仁汤加减治疗。观察两组患者治疗效果,并就两组患者治疗前后症状积分改善情况进行比较,最后统计两组患者治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率95.0%,显著高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的症状积分(2.3±0.7)分,显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗过程中发生不良反应主要症状为恶心、呕吐、头晕、头痛,不良反应发生率6.67%;对照组患者治疗过程中不良反应发生率16.67%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.850 5,P<0.05)。结论:三仁汤加减联合西药盆腔灌注治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效较好,不但能快速改善患者临床症状,且不良反应较好,安全性更高,值得临床推广。
Objective： To investigate the effect of Sanren Decoction combined with western medicine for pelvic perfusion of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods ： A total of 120 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation were selected and according to the double chromosphere randomized method were divided into two groups. The control group only used western medicine pelvic perfusion therapy and the observation group on the basis combined traditional Chinese medicine Sanren Decoction. Observe two groups＇ treatment effectand two groups＇ symptom score improvement of the situationbefore and after treatment. Record the two groups＇ adverse reactions. Results ： The observation group＇ s total effective rate was 95.0% , significantly higher than that of control group （ 83.33% ） and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. The symptom score was observed after the treatment group （2.3 ±0.7 ）, significantly better than the control group＇ s and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Observation group＇ s major adverse reactions were nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headacheand the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67%. In the control group, the adverse reaction rate was 16.67%. Two groups hadstatistical significance （χ^2 =-4. 850 5, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Sanren Decoction combined with western medicine for pelvic perfusion in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has better curative effect. It not only can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms but also has less adverse reaction. It is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
