摘要
为改善填料函密封结构中径向接触应力分布不均匀问题,建立了填料环过盈组合密封结构,以及新密封结构的理论计算模型和有限元分析模型.填料轴向应力和径向接触应力分布的理论和仿真值具有较好的一致性,验证了理论模型的正确性及适用性.将过盈组合密封结构与传统填料密封结构作对比分析可知:当径向接触应力最小值一定时,与传统填料密封结构相比,过盈组合密封结构所需的压盖应力较小,减缓了填料随时间的松弛;过盈组合密封结构径向接触应力最大值与最小值的差值较小,提高了径向应力分布的均匀程度;过盈组合密封结构减小了填料对阀杆的转动摩擦力,提高了阀杆的机动性能.由此验证了过盈组合密封结构的性能,可为实际填料密封设计提供理论基础.
In order to improve the problem of nonuniform distribution of radial contact stress in stuff-ing box packing,interference combination of the packing ring was proposed,and the theoretical model and finite element analysis model of the new sealing structure were established.The theoretical and simulated values of axial and radial contact stress distributions were consistent,which verifies the cor-rectness and applicability of the theoretical calculation model.Comparing and analyzing interference combination of the packing ring with the traditional stuffing box packing can get the result that when minimum value of radial contact stress is stable,the stress of the gland is smaller than that of the tra-ditional packing,which reduces the relaxation of the packing material with time.The difference be-tween the maximum and minimum values of the radial stress is smaller,which increases the uniformity of the radial stress distribution.The rotational friction force of the stem is reduced,which improves the maneuverability of the stem.The superiority of the interference combination of the packing ring is verified,which provides a theoretical basis for the actual packing sealing design.
