摘要
针对艾柯夫采煤机伺服机发生的故障情况,以A5、A6伺服机故障为例,对整个伺服机故障单元进行检修。从模块、CAN总线到供电电源等着手,研究了伺服机故障诊断的主要思路和分析方法,为艾柯夫采煤机伺服机故障诊断,提供了检修经验和技术支撑。
Aiming at the occurred fault of Eickhoff shearer servo machine, take servo A5 and servo A6 machine as examples, execute maintenance of the whole servo machine fault unit, focusing on the module, the CAN bus and the power supply. Provided technical support and maintenance experience for the main research ideas and methods of analysis of servo machine, and fault diagnosis of servo machine Eickhoff shearer.
