基于隔声理论的车内噪声优化研究

摘要 某款后驱MPV车型在加速工况时车内发动机噪声明显,严重影响车内的乘坐舒适性。文中根据隔声理论,采用ATF测试、FTA分析、SEA分析等方法对车内发动机噪声明显的原因进行研究,确定该车车内的高噪声是由于整车混响时间长、前围厚度不够、覆盖面积不足及泄漏等原因所致;通过优化顶棚吸音性能、变更前围结构等方法,车内噪声问题得到明显改善。 The problem of engine noise is obvious in the MPV during acceleration, and it badly affects the ride comfort for passengers. According to the theory of sound insulation, ATF test, FTA analysis and SEA analysis are used to study the reason of the engine noise in the vehicle. It is determined that the large engine noise is caused by reverberation time, front wall thickness, covering area of the materials of the dash and leakage. Considering the noise problem of a vehicle during acceleration, the noise in the cabin is improve by optimizing ceiling and dash.
