应用型本科高校的竞争法教学改革探析

摘要 竞争法是法学专业中的一门重要理论课程却未得到应有的重视,目前竞争法课程存在课程设置不科学、教材编排重理论轻实用、教学手段单一、实践环节薄弱、考核唯考试论等局限性从而教学效果不佳。要实现应用型本科高校的教学目的,必须对该课程的教学模式进行改进:增加学时,与特色专业相结合调整课程重点;优选教材,教学内容注重学科交叉;教学手段多元化;学、研结合,以科研促教学;增加实践比重,拓展实践基地;考核方式和评价依据多样化。 As an important theoretical course in law major, competition law course has not yet get due attention. It is now accompanied by such problems as unscientific curriculum provision, more focus on theory than on practice in textbook arrangement, single teaching method, weak internship and practical training and only exams for assessment, affecting teaching results. To realize teaching aims of application-oriented universities, we should improve its teaching mode, including increasing teaching hours and adjusting its highlights in line with feature specialty, optimizing teaching materials and focusing on cross--disciplines in teaching content, adopting diversified teaching means, combining learning with research and promoting teaching through scientific research, increasing practice proportion and expanding practice base and adopting diversified evaluation modes and basis.
