大倾角层状岩体微差爆破盲炮研究 被引量:2

摘要 在一些节理面较明显的大倾角顺层岩体上爆破施工过程中,往往由于施爆网路微差时间设计不合理而导致产生一些盲炮。结合某工程实际地质情况下的爆破工况和爆破效果,计算分析了部分爆破网路中第一个炮孔起爆产生的振动导致层状岩体在软弱结构面产生一个炮孔直径的位移时间小于爆破网路地表总延期时间,致使地表网路还未完全传爆完毕岩体就已发生移动,岩体滑移导致炮孔错位将孔内未传爆导爆管切断而产生的盲炮现象。针对此种情况产生的盲炮,通过计算滑移体滑动一个炮孔的时间,确定了合理的爆破网路总延期时间,消除了盲炮现象,对同类工程具有一定的参考价值。 In some joints obvious layered dip along the rock on the construction of deep bole blasting, blasting network due to the differential time design unreasonable, often because the effects of shot hole of blast hole caused by some blind shot. According to some engineering blasting conditions and blasting effect is analyzed by the first shot hole blasting vibration in layered rock mass produce a hole diameter of the displacement time is less than the delay time of blasting network in the surface of weak structural plane, the surface is not fully completed network detonation rock move has occurred,the hole dislocation in the hole without detonation of Nonel Detonator is cut off,and thus can not continue to spread the detonation wave generated blind shot phenomenon, and put forward the corresponding control measures. A reasonable blasting network is determined by calculating the time of sliding a hole in a sliding body, thus eliminating the phenomenon of blind gun.
