科技期刊应该加强风险防范与应急机制建设 被引量:7

Strengthening risk precaution and construction of emergency mechanism in sci-tech journals

摘要 当今科技期刊界出现诸多信息安全问题,存在发生突发事件的巨大风险,而科技期刊在风险防范与应急机制建设方面严重滞后。本文认为科技期刊应该增强风险防范意识,建立应急措施预案,并提出了加强网络系统建设、加强工作邮箱保护、信息备份与恢复等风险防范措施。还认为应该加强期刊协会建设,充分发挥它的作用。 In the information technology era, there are many information security problems in sci-tech journals, and the risk of emergencies are therefore increasing dramatically. However, the serious ].ack of precautionary measures and emergency response mechanism of sci-tec journals are still very common in recent days. In this paper, we put forward some advices accordingly. Firstly, the risk precaution awareness should be strengthened. Secondly, the preplan of emergency measures should be established, such as, developing the Internet system construction, enhancing protection of public E-mail, information backup and recovery, and so on. Finally, the periodical association should also play a very important role in preventing these issues to happen.
