摘要
根据8形管的外形要求和冷弯成型的设计思路,应用专业的冷弯成型设计软件COPRA对8形管进行成型工艺设计;建立了符合实际工况的计算模型,并进行了变形模拟;根据变形模拟的结果改进了角度变化量和压缩量的分配方案,并设计了成型轧辊。在此基础上建立了8形管成型的几何模型,并应用ABAQUS进行了全流程成型仿真,通过仿真结果的解析对轧辊的成型面进行了优化。将优化后的轧辊用于生产,获得了符合质量要求的8形管。结果表明:有限元分析可以预测最终成型截面的尺寸精度,并能对轧辊成型面的优化提供有益的帮助。
A ccording to the.shape requirements of 8 form tube and design ideas of cold roll forming, professional design software COPRA/s used to design the molding process of 8form tube.The calculation model in line with the actual working conditions is set up, and a simulated deformation is conducted.According to the results of the simulation deformation, improvement takes place in the allocation scheme of the variaSle quantity of the angle and the amount of compression. Besides, forming rolls are successfully designed. On that basis, the geometric model of g form tube is established, and the whole process goes through molding simulation by using ABAQUS.By analyzing the simulation results, the molding surface of the roll has been optimized.The quality of 8 form tube meet the requirements by use optimized roll The results showed that: Finite element analysis can predict the final shape of the cross-sectional dimension accuracy, and can provide useful help to optimize the roll forming surface.
