摘要
考虑输送机结构尺寸、载荷、材料性能等的随机性,以结构可靠度为目标或约束,给出两类可靠性优化设计模型。应用一次可靠度方法,研究双循环方法、单循环方法进行优化求解,在此基础上进一步改进,提出了可靠性优化求解的混合循环方法。最后,以某输送机的齿轮传动系为对象,进行可靠性优化建模、求解;结果表明:可靠性优化方案既实现了结构的减重,又提高结构的可靠性,满足了设计指标要求;提出的混合循环法,保证了可靠度计算精度的同时,具有较高的计算效率。
Considering the effect of random factors such as dimension, load and material performance etc., the reliability based design optimization (RBDO) models for the conveyor structure, including reliability degree being taken as the objective function and constraint function, are built. In order to solve the RBDO problem, the first-order reliability method (FORM) is introduced into processing reliability object or restrict and a hybrid-loop approach is proposed based on studying the double- loop approach and single -loop approach. Finally, the RBDO modeling and solving for the gear transmission system of a conveyor are implemented. The result shows that the weight of optimal gear transmission system is lost, and the structure reliability is improved; on the other hand, the hybrid-loop approach has both good accuracy for object value and high computational efficiency.
