摘要
介绍了湖北省荆门市漳河水库三干渠灌区农业水价综合改革的基本情况,分析了在改革过程中存在的主要问题,结合灌区水价测算数据和水价形成机制的探索,展示了灌区改革的成效并提出了改进建议,以期为相似地区开展农业水价综合改革提供借鉴。
An introduction is made on the general situation of reform of agricultural water pricing in Sanganqu Irrigation District in Zhanghe Reservoir in Jinmen City of Hubei Province. Analysis has been made on challenges faced in the process of reform. Achievements obtained in reform of irrigation district have been demonstrated by Recommendations taking the estimation of water tariffs and pricing mechanism into consideration. are raised accordingly so as to provide valuable experiences to other similar areas.
