摘要
法治湖南建设是在法治中国建设背景下,湖南省委省政府推进地方法治建设所作出的重大创造。湖南省第十一次党代会再次明确法治湖南建设的新任务,指出了法治湖南建设的新方向,提出了打造法治湖南建设"升级版"的伟大构想。在新的历史关头,应当明确加强和推进法治湖南建设"升级版"的发展路径,即适应新局面、探索新发展、抓住新机遇是打造法治湖南建设"升级版"的根本基础;面临新形势、应对新需要、认清新挑战是打造法治湖南建设"升级版"的基本前提;树立新信心、找准新路径、创造新前景是打造法治湖南建设"升级版"的重要途径。
The rule of law construction in Hunan province is a major creation of local area in the context of the rule of law construction in China. The 11th Party Congress of Hunan Province cleared again new tasks for the con- struction of the nile of law, pointing out the new direction with updated version concept. In the new historical period, we should clear the development path to strengthen and promote the updated version of the rule of law construction in Hunan province. To adapt to the new situation, exploring new development and seizing new opportunities are the fundamental basis; facing the new situation and responding to new needs and identifying new challenges are the fundamental premise; building up confidence, finding new ways, and creating new prospect are the important path.
