摘要
政治合法性是一个动态过程,不仅包括合法性的获得或丧失,还包括合法性的存量增加或减少。中国共产党的执政合法性不仅具有获得的正当性,而且不断增加合法性存量。中国梦蕴含着巨大的合法性增量价值:科学历史观的基本立场、最大公约数的民族性认同和世界共享发展的和谐理念,标志着合法性建设的巨大进步。
Political legitimacy is a dynamic process, which not only includes the gain or loss, also includes the increase or decrease of legitimacy. The legitimacy of the ruling party of the Communist Party of China not only has obtained the legitimacy, but also increases the stock of legitimacy. The Chinese Dream contains the legitimacy of huge incremental value, the scientific conception of history＇s basic position, the greatest common divisor of the national identity, and the sharing development with the world concept, which marks the great progress of the legality construction.
