摘要
目的:研究脑外伤患者血清中Tau、8-iso-PGF2α含量与神经损伤及氧化应激程度的相关性。方法:选择在本院诊断为脑外伤的56例患者作为研究的TBI组,同期在郫都区人民医院健康体检的45例志愿者作为对照组。采集血清标本并检测Tau、8-iso-PGF2α、神经细胞凋亡分子、抗氧化分子的含量。结果:TBI组患者血清中Tau、8-iso-PGF2α、Bax、Caspase-3、Caspase-9的含量均显著高于对照组,Bcl-2、GSH、VitE、GSH-Px、SOD、HO-1的含量显著低于对照组;Tau高含量TBI患者血清中Bax、Caspase-3、Caspase-9的含量显著高于Tau低含量TBI患者,Bcl-2的含量显著低于Tau低含量TBI患者;8-iso-PGF2α高含量TBI患者血清中GSH、VitE、GSH-Px、SOD、HO-1的含量显著低于8-isoPGF2α低含量TBI患者。结论:脑外伤患者血清中Tau、8-iso-PGF2α含量的异常升高分别与神经细胞的过度凋亡以及氧化应激反应的过度激活有关。
Objective:To study the correlation of serum Tau and 8-iso-PGF2αlevels with nerve injury and oxidative stress in patients with traumatic brain injury.Methods:A total of 56 patients who were diagnosed with traumatic brain injury in Pidu District People's Hospital between May 2014 and February 2017 were selected as the TBI group,and 45 volunteers who received physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as control group.Serum samples were collected to determine the contents of Tau,8-iso-PGF2α,nerve cell apoptosis molecules and anti-oxidation molecules.Results:Serum Tau,8-iso-PGF2α,Bax,Caspase-3and Caspase-9levels in TBI group were significantly higher than those in control group while Bcl-2,GSH,VitE,GSH-Px,SOD and HO-1levels were significantly lower than those in control group;serum Bax,Caspase-3and Caspase-9levels in TBI patients with higher Tau level were significantly higher than those in TBI patients with lower Tau level while Bcl-2level was significantly lower than that in TBI patients with lower Tau level;serum GSH,VitE,GSH-Px,SOD and HO-1levels in TBI patients with higher 8-iso-PGF2αlevel were significantly lower than those in TBI patients with lower 8-iso-PGF2αlevel.Conclusions:Abnormal elevation of Tau and 8-iso-PGF2αlevels in serum of patients with traumatic brain injury is related to the excessive apoptosis of nerve cells and the excessive activation of oxidative stress.
