摘要
"三供一业"改革指的是国有企业职工家属区供水、供电、供热(供气)及物业管理(统称"三供一业")分离移交工作,对"三供一业"进行分离移交是剥离国有企业办社会职能的重要内容,有利于国有企业减轻负担、集中精力发展主营业务,也有利于整合资源改造提升基础设施,进一步改善职工居住环境。然而,"三供一业"的改革使得油田供电企业出现了市场份额减少,移交工作困难等现象。对此,论文将以油田供电企业为例,分析"三供一业"对油田供电企业的利弊,阐述"三供一业"改革对其经济效益的影响,并提出提高经济效益的几点措施,希望对油田供电企业未来健康发展有所帮助。
The ＂Three Offers One Property＂ reform refers to the separation and transfer of water supply, power supply, heating（gas supply） and property management（collectively referred to as ＂Three Offers One Property＂） in the family areas of state-owned enterprises. Separation and transfer is an important part of stripping the social functions of state-owned enterprises, which is conducive to the burden of state-owned enterprises to reduce the burden, focus on the development of the main business, and integrate resources resources, upgrading infrastructure, further improve the living environment of workers. However, the ＂Three Offers One Property＂ reform makes the oil field power supply enterprises appear market share reduction, transfer difficulties and other phenomenas. So, the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the reform, expounds the influence of ＂Three Offers One Property＂ on its economic benefits, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the economic efficiency of the oilfield power supply enterprises, hoping that it will help the future development of oilfield power supply enterprises.
