摘要
论文主要探究了工程造价管理的重要作用以及建筑工程造价管理实施中存在的问题,主要包括管理机制不完善、施工前期准备不充分、管理力度不足等几方面的内容,并且提出了相关的解决策略,希望对提升工程造价的管理水平,实现企业经济效益的最大化有所帮助,以供参考。
This paper mainly discusses the implementation of the important role of project cost management and the problems existing in the construction project cost management, including management mechanism is not perfect, the construction preparation is not adequate, inadequate management and other aspects, and puts forward relevant solving strategies, hoping to improve the project cost management level, provide help to realize the maximization of enterprise＇s economic benefits, for reference.
