摘要
在煤的瓦斯吸附影响因素中,煤的工业参数是重要的影响因素之一.为了研究煤的工业参数与吸附常数的关系,对某矿多个采区煤炭的工业分析和吸附常数实验数据进行分析,研究结果如下:吸附常数a随着水分的增加而变小,随着固定碳的增加而增大;吸附常数b随着水分的增加而增大,随着固定碳的增加而变小;灰分和挥发分与吸附常数关系不明显,运用SPSS数据分析软件把吸附常数关于灰分、挥发分进行二元线性回归,发现吸附常数a与灰分、挥发分的相关性高,吸附常数b与灰分、挥发分的相关性较低.研究结果为煤层瓦斯参数的预测提供了依据.
Among the affecting factors of coal gas adsorption,coal industrial parameter is one of the important factors. To study the relationship between industrial parameter and the adsorption constant of coal,experimental data of industrial parameter and adsorption constants of coal from multiple mining areas were analyzed,the results showed that adsorption constants a decreases with the increase of moisture,and increase with the increase of fixed carbon; adsorption constant b increase with the increase of moisture,and decreases with the increase of carbon fixation; ash and volatile and adsorption constant relationship is not obvious,by two-variable linear regression analysis using SPSS for ash or volatile and adsorption constants,it showed that high correlation between ash or volatile and adsorption constant a,low correlation between ash or volatile and adsorption constant b. The research results provide a basis for coal seam gas parameter prediction.
