摘要
目的:探讨综合神经康复治疗对精神发育迟滞儿童的治疗效果。方法:选择精神发育迟滞儿童55例作为研究对象,对其进行综合神经康复治疗,治疗前后均进行日常生活能力量表(ADL)、生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-100)、总智商(FIQ)、操作智商(PIQ)以及言语智商(VIQ)评分,比较评分结果。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后ADL量表的评分改善明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);相比治疗前,患儿的WHOQOL-100评分改善明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,治疗前后的FIQ、PIQ以及VIQ评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上给予精神发育迟滞儿童综合神经康复治疗,有助于恢复患儿智商,提高日常生活能力。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of comprehensive neurological rehabilitation therapy on children with mental retardation. Methods： 55 children with mental retardation were selected as the research objects and given the comprehensive neurological rehabilitation therapy for 9 weeks. The scores of activity of daily living（ ADL） scale,world health organization-quality of life assessment（ WHOQOL-100）,full intelligence quotient（ FIQ）,performance intelligence quotient（ PIQ） and verbal intelligence quotient（ VIQ） before and after the treatment were compared. Results： Compared with those before the treatment,the scores of ADL,WHOQOL-100,FIQ,PIQ and VIQ were obviously improved after the treatment,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The comprehensive neurological rehabilitation therapy for the children with mental retardation is definitely effective.
