摘要
餐饮废油是当前制备化学品的原料,对餐饮废油进行再利用研究可以有效解决食品安全、废油污染等问题。从废弃物资源化再利用以及环境保护的角度系统阐述资源化利用的研究状况,为进一步实现餐饮废油再利用提供有益的建议。
The waste oil is the raw material to prepare chemicals,and the research on the reuse of the waste oil can effectively solve the problems of food safety and waste oil pollution. This paper systematically expounds the research status of resource utilization from the perspective of waste recycling and environmental protection,and provides useful suggestions for further realizing the reuse of food waste oil.
