摘要
"道德绑架"是指一方当事人(或第三方)为达到特定目的,利用一定的社会道德规范,以对另一方当事人作出负面的道德评价为手段,迫使其为所不愿为的行为。依照不同标准,道德绑架可作不同类型的划分。道德绑架既是人们谋求特定利益的一种方式,也是社会道德规范的一种被滥用。道德绑架的消解离不开当事人之间利益冲突的化解、社会道德与法律错位的修复以及道德主体权利义务意识的提升。
Moral kidnapping is mainly refers to one of the parties（or the third party）who wants to achieve a specific purpose,by means of relying on certain social ethics and negative moral evaluation on the other party to force the other party to do things that he does＇ t want to do.According to different norms,moral kidnapping can be classified into different types.Moral kidnapping,nevertheless,is both a way of people＇s seeking of interests,and a kind of abused social ethics.The resolution of moral kidnapping relies on the resolving of the conflict of the interest between the parties,the mismatch repair of the social morality and law,and the ascension of moral subject＇s consciousness of rights and obligations.
