摘要
以国网重庆市电力公司技能培训中心实践为例,提出通过加强培训资源调度的相关制度与机制建设,规范工作流程,夯实工作基础,做实工作细节,实现提升培训资源管控与计划刚性管理水平,以确保企业员工教育培训任务的刚性执行与高质量完成。
Taking Skills Training Center of State Grid Chongqing Electric Power Company for example,this paper presents such measures as reinforcing the establishment of relevant system and mechanism for the dispatching of training resources,standardizing the workflow,consolidating the working foundation,indeed emphasizing the working details,and improving the management and control of training resources and the level of rigid management of training plans,to ensure the rigid implementation and the high-quality completion of educational and training tasks for employees in enterprises.
