摘要
目的探讨高血压合并阵发性心房颤动患者的心脏超声表现.方法在2015年9月-2016年9月本院收治的高 血压合并阵发性心房颤动患者中随机抽取40例,将其作为研究组,所有患者均经临床检查,确诊为高血压合并阵发性心房 颤动.在同期本院收治的单纯高血压患者中随机抽取40例,将其作为对照组.两组患者及家属均对本研究知情同意,并自 愿签署知情同意书,所有均实施心脏超声检查,对检查结果进行统计分析,结果 两组患者左房内径、 E/A 均差异显著 （P〈0. 05）;但两组患者室间隔/左室后壁、左室舒张末期内径对比,差异不显著（ P〉 0 . 0 5 h 结论高血压不仅会导致高血 压合并阵发性心房颤动患者出现心脏结构变化,还可能伴有左心房扩大及其他生理指标变化.而左心房扩大一方面可能引 发心房颤动,另-方面,也是心房颤动的必然结果,需引起高度关注.
Objective To investigate the cardiac ultrasonography results in patients with hypertension complicated with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Methods 40 hypertension patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were randomly recruited and enrolled into the study group？ all the patients in the study group were confirmed the diagnosis of hypertension complicated with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation by clinical examina-tions. During the same period, 40 patients with hypertension in our hospital were randomly selected as control group. Both groups of patients and their families were informed consent and signed a voluntary consent form. All subjects underwent cardi-ac ultrasonography, and the results were analyzed statistically. Results There were significant differences in the internal diam-eter of left atrium and E/A between the two groups （P〈C0. 05） ; As to the ventricular septum/ left ventricular posterior wall ratio and left ventricular end diastolic diameter, no significant difference was shown between the two groups （P^〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Hypertension can not only lead to changes of cardiac structure in hypertensive patients with paroxysmal atrial fi-brillation, but also may be associated with left atrial enlargement and other physiological index changes. On the one hand, left atrial enlargement may induce atrial fibrillation, on the other hand, it is the inevitable result of atrial fibrillation, which should be paid close attention to.
