摘要
目的研究分析口腔修复前行牙周整复术临床效果.方法选取 2 0 1 5年 4 月-2 0 1 6年 4 月在本院接受口腔修复 治疗的 60例患者作为研究对象.将患者随机分成观察组、对照组,每组各 3 0例患者.其中对照组采用传统口腔修复术治 疗,观察组采用口腔修复前行牙周整复手术治疗.以患者口腔修复效果以及患者满意度为观察指标.结果两组患者分别 经过相应的修复治疗,观察组修复有效率为 96. 7%,对照组修复有效率为 76. 7% ;另外,观察组修复满意率为 100% , 对照组 修复满意率为 73. 3% .结论采取口腔修复前行牙周整复的手术方法,能够有效提高修复效果,牙周功能改善、美观程度改 善明显,值付临床推广.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of periodontal reduction before oral restoration. Methods From April 2015 to April 2016, 60 patients received oral prosthesis treatment in our hospital were selected as the research sub-jects. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with traditional prosthodontics. The observation group underwent periodontal reduction before oral prosthe-sis treatment. The effect of oral prosthodontics and the degree of patient satisfaction were observed. Results After the corre-sponding therapy, the effective rate was 96. 7% in the observation group and 76. 7% in the control group. Additionally, the satisfaction rate was 100% in the observation group and 73. 3 % in the control group. Conclusion The employment of periodon-tal reduction before oral restoration could enhance the restoration effect, ameliorate the periodontal function and improve theesthetics. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
