摘要
在后金融危机时代我国面临的世情和国情都发生了深刻的变化,在这种变化中融资租赁模式因其制度优势具有广阔的应用前景。当前我国的融资租赁业务还存在可持续性不足的问题,我们在以自贸区为窗口推广融资租赁交易模式时要做好风险控制,解决当前面临的问题,发挥制度的正面效益。
In the post financial crisis era, China and the world have undergone profound changes .In this kind of change, the financial leasing mode has wide application prospects because of its system-advantages.At present, there are still some problems that hinder the sustainable development of financial leasing business in China.Free trade area is a good window to promote financial leasing model,during the process, the risks should be strictly controlled.We should properly solve the current problems to achieve the positive effect of the system.
