摘要
结合具体的工程实例,介绍了预应力框锚技术在墙内填料为类松散体的高挡墙加固中的设计特点和施工难点,揭示了类松散体填料高挡墙加固中预应力框锚结构设计参数选取困难的特点,并针对墙内地质条件复杂的情况提出了多机型协调组合的施工方法,有效地解决了施工中的难点。还开展了锚杆拉拔试验,对比了预应力锚杆在不同地层条件下荷载与位移关系,并将试验值与设计值进行了对比分析,结果表明选取的参数计算得到预应力锚杆拉力设计值与试验值吻合较好。最后对加固前后挡土墙的稳定性进行了对比分析,发现预应力框锚结构能明显提高挡土墙的抗滑移稳定性和抗倾覆稳定性。
In this paper, the design features and construction difficulties of the prestressed frame anchor technology in the reinforcement of the high-retaining wall of the bulk-filled ma- terial were introduced, and the prestressed frame anchors Structural design parameters to select the difficult characteristics, and for the complex geological conditions in the wall put forward a multi-model coordinated combination of construction methods, effectively solved the difficulties in the construction. The relationship between the load and the displacement of the prestressed anchor rod under different formation conditions was also compared. The experimental results were compared with the design values. The results showed that the selected parameters were calculated by the prestressed anchor design The value was in good agreement with the experimental value. Finally, the stability of retaining wall before and after reinforcement was compared and analyzed. It was found that prestressed frame anchor structure could improve the anti-slip stability and anti-overturning stability of retaining wall.
