摘要
提出了一种应用于健身的娱乐器械,将竞争、合作和娱乐引入其中,在锻炼身体的同时增加运动的趣味性,集健身、娱乐为一体的健身器械。介绍了该器械的总体机械结构方案与工作原理。实验证明,该器械适用于两人锻炼身体,并且有一定的趣味性,成本低廉,适用于多种场合。
Put forward a kind of applied to fitness entertainment equipment, Introducing competition, cooperation, and entertainment, when exercising the movement is made more interesting ,which can achieve the goal of the combination of fitness and entertainment. The overall mechanical structure and working principle of the instrument are introduced. Experiments show that the instrument is suitable for two people to exercise, and have some fun, low cost, suitable for various occasions.
