摘要
当前洁净室为高科研、高技术等产业的发展提供了物质基础,为这些行业生产和加工提供了必要的压力、温度、湿度、洁净度等。但是,洁净室这些功能的实现均是以高能量消耗为基础的,特别是洁净室净化空调系统是能耗的大户,其总能耗占据到洁净室总能耗的1/2以上,这与当前我国低碳发展战略背道而驰。文章从增强洁净室净化空调系统的节能的重要性分析入手,从设计环节、施工环节、运行管理环节等方面,全面探究了洁净室净化空调系统的节能降耗措施。
The clean room for high scientific research and high technology provides the material basis for the development of other industries ,to provide the necessary pressure for these industries ,production and processing temperature ,humidity, cleanliness,etc.However,to achieve the clean room of these functions is the high energy consumption as the foundation, especially the clean room cleaning air conditioning system is a large energy consumption, the total energy consumption to the total energy consumption to occupy above clean room 1/2, and the current low carbon development strategy in China is to draw further apart.Starting from the importance of energy conservation and enhance the clean room of the clean air conditioning system in the analysis ,from the aspects of design,construction, operation and management link link link, energy saving measures,this thesis comprehensively explored the clean air conditioning system in clean room.
