炼铁厂老区制粉系统产能提升及优化

摘要 针对炼铁高炉喷煤量需求不断加大的现状,通过实施合理的混煤生产,进行1~#制粉系统产能优化,改进混合干燥气系统,优化调整中速磨加载间隙等一系列措施,解决中速磨产能不足难题,满足高炉的用煤需求。 According to the present situation that the demand of BF coal injection amount continues to increase ,' through the implementation of reasonable mixing coal production, the capacity optimization of No. 1 pulverizing system, the improvement of mixed dry gas system and the optimizing adjustment of medium-speed mill loading gap, the problem of insufficient capacity of medium-speed mill was solved, and the demand for coal of blast furnace was met well.
