异步起动永磁同步电机齿槽转矩的优化分析 被引量:3

摘要 异步起动永磁同步电机定转子双边开槽,其齿槽转矩的形成机理更加复杂。为了避免转子槽对分析齿槽转矩所产生的影响,提出一种将转子导条产生的磁动势等同于永磁体产生的磁动势的方法,得到该类电机的齿槽转矩解析表达式,分析转子齿宽、转子槽数及转子齿形状等转子参数对电机齿槽转矩的影响,并给出削弱异步起动永磁同步电机齿槽转矩的方法。用有限元分析法验证该方法的有效性,并对比分析优化前后电机的性能。结果表明,选取合适的转子齿宽、转子槽数及偏心距离可有效削弱异步起动永磁同步电机的齿槽转矩。 Asynchronous start permanent magnet synchronous motor has slots at both sides, the formation mechanism of its cogging torque is more complex. To avoid influence on analyzing cogging torque by rotor slots, a method of making the magnetic motive force generated was proposed by rotor bar equivalent to magnetic motive force generated was proposedby the permanent magnets, obtaining the analytical expression formula of such motor' s cogging torque, so that the impact of the rotor tooth width, rotor slots number and rotor teeth shape and other rotor parameters on motor cogging torque could be ana- lyzed, and the method of reducing asynchronous start permanent magnet synchronous motor cogging torque was supported. The effectiveness of the method was used by finite element analysis verification and conducts the comparative analysis of the motor' s performance before and afler optimization. The results show that, selecting the appropriate rotor tooth width, rotor slots number and the eccentric distance can effectively weaken the asynchronous start permanent magnet synchronous motor cogging torque.
