摘要 在复杂地质条件下,传统的灌注桩成孔工艺会出现跳钻、卡钻等问题,严重影响成桩质量。结合连云港港徐圩港区海事监控平台构筑物钻孔桩基工程,提出采用冲击钻和回旋钻2种钻孔工艺相结合的施工技术进行灌注桩成孔作业。改进的钻孔施工工艺和成孔质量控制方法在复杂地质灌注桩施工中具有良好的适用性,能提高灌注桩成孔质量。 In the complex geological conditions, some problems such as jump drilling and sticking drilling are caused from the traditional drilling technology, and the pile quality is seriously affected. Two drilling technologies combined with percussive drilling and rotary drilling are proposed on the driven cast-in-place pile hole formation construction in maritime surveillance platform project of Lianyungang Port Xuwei Port District. It is shown that the improved drilling technology and drilling quality control method have good adaptation for the driven cast-in-place pile construction in the complex geological conditions, which can improve the quality of driven cast-in-place pile hole formation.
