本文介绍了河南省滑县动物卫生监督所查处一起加工死因不明动物(鸡)案的处理及移交公安机关过程,阐述了办理此类案件的一些体会,旨在为办理动物卫生监督涉嫌犯罪案件提供参考。
This paper introduced the treatment of a case about illegal slaughter and processing dead animals with unknown reasons of animal health supervision institute of Huaxian county, Henan province, aimed at expressing the experiences in the investigation of such cases and providing references for handling suspected criminal case in animal health supervision.
