Lactation lamb meat was characterized by high nutritional value, good taste, easy cooking, sanitary and low pro duction cost. It was regarded as a high--end meat and the most competitive food in the future. The production methods and mar ket prospect of lactation lamb meat were introduced in this paper,so as to promote the healthy development of the industry.
