摘要
利用高级CAE软件ANSYS对法兰电动机机座做模拟化运算,得到法兰电动机机座在加工过程中的振动曲线,分析不同工艺状态下,工装夹具对加工变形的影响规律及应力变动趋势,结合当前工艺,探索适合法兰电动机加工的装夹方式及加工方法。
Simulation calculation of the flanged motor frame is carried out by the advanced CAE software of ANSYS, and vibration curve of the frame in manufacture process is obtained. The influence law of jigs and fixture on machining deformation and the stress change trend in different process condition are analyzed. Combining with the current technology, the clamping and machining methods which are suitable to machine the flanged motor are explored.
