摘要
以中外英语医学论文为语料,基于可比语料库方法分析了模糊限制语的使用情况。比较FMEAC和CMEAC中的程度变动型、范围变动型、情态缓和型与观点缓和型模糊限制语使用情况,并对部分词类联结进行分析。研究发现,中国学者存在过度使用模糊限制语,对于动词、副词、名词、形容词类缓和型限制语使用明显较少。因此,我国学者在撰写医学英语论文时合理地使用模糊限制语,以更好实现作者与读者之间信息交流,扩大我国医学的学术影响。
Based on Chinese and English medical papers,this paper analyzes the use of Hedges in terms of comparable corpus,compares the extent change,range change,modality mitigation and the point of view of hedges used in FMEAC and CMEAC,and analyzes the partial word class connection. It is found that Chinese scholars are inclined to overuse adaptors,especially significant（ ly） and respective（ ly）,and rounders are inadequately used,such as verbs,adjectives,adverb and nouns of rounders. Therefore,Chinese scholars should objectively and reasonably use hedges when writing English medical paper and correctly completed the communication of information between authors and readers,and further expand the medical academic influence of China.
