既有屋面光伏电站组件支架基础设计实践 被引量:2

摘要 在既有屋面进行光伏电站建设时,根据不同建筑屋面采取相应的光伏组件基础形式,对于保证既有屋面结构安全及光伏电站平稳运行十分关键。在调研总结了光伏组件常用基础形式的基础上,选用后锚固化学连接法对既有非上人钢筋混凝土平屋面光伏组件的基础设计为例,提供了既有屋面荷载校核及计算分析过程,提出了通过热镀锌防腐、选用D级钢防止低温脆断等方案确保组件支架基础稳定,以及通过加强防水处理、分散放置施工材料与设置屋面观察孔等措施保障既有屋面结构安全。工程项目应用实践表明,该种基础形式稳定可靠,实用可行。 During the construction of existing roof photovoltaic power plants, choosing photovoltaic (PV) module foundation forms according to different building roofs is important for ensuring the exist-ing roof structure safety and the smooth operation of photovoltaic power plants. After researching and summarizing the commonly used foundation forms of the PV module, the foundation design of the PV module on the existing non-bearing-people reinforced concrete roof by the post-installed fastenings chemical connection method is taken as an example, and the load checking and calculation and analysis process are provided. To ensure the stability of the module support, schemes such as hot galvanizing anti-corrosion, selection of D grade steel to prevent the low temperature brittle fracture are put for-ward; to ensure the existing roof structure safety, measures such as strengthening waterproof process-ing,scattered placing of construction materials and setting the roof observation hole are taken.The ac-tual project and engineering practice show that the foundation form is stable, reliable, practical and feasible.
