摘要
目的:研究民间传统彝族药鞭打绣球的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶色谱、高效液相色谱法等分离方法分离纯化鞭打绣球的化学成分,并根据化合物的理化性质及波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:分离得到8个黄酮及黄酮苷类化合物,分别鉴定为:木樨草素(1),芹菜素(2),槲皮素(3),桑色素(4),5,3',4'-三羟基-7-甲氧基黄酮(5),胡桃宁(6),山奈酚-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7),木樨草素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷)(8)。结论:化合物1-8均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To investigate the phytochemical constituents from ethanol extractions of Hemiphragma heterophyllum Wall, a traditional Yi medicine, widely used by Yi people. Methods Chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel column, Sephadex LH -20, HPLC, et al, identified by physiochemical and spectral analysis. Results Eight flavonoids were isolated from ethanol extract of Hemiphragma heterophyllum Wall. These compounds were elucidated as luteolin (1), apigenin (2), quercetin (3), morin (4), 5, 3, 4"- trihydroxy - 7 - methoxyflavone ( 5 ), juglanin ( 6 ), kaempferol 7 - O - β - D - glucopyranoside (7), and luteolin - 7 - O - β - D - gentiobioside (8). Conclusion It is deserved to be mentioned that all of the compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
