氟化钠联合护牙素治疗牙釉质脱矿再矿化的效果评价 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察氟化钠联合护牙素治疗牙釉质脱矿再矿化的效果。方法筛选我院2014年12月~2015年6月符合标准的正畸患者48例,共255颗牙,随机分成A、B、C、D四组,A组11例57颗患牙,为空白对照组,未用药物;B组12例63颗患牙,单用氟化钠;C组12例66颗患牙,单用护牙素;D组13例69颗患牙,氟化钠联合护牙素使用。通过激光龋齿探测仪测量牙面釉质脱矿指数EDI,比较各组治疗前后及各组间的EDI值,从而观察各组治疗对牙釉质再矿化的效果。结果 A组各个疗程后与治疗前EDI值比较无显著差异(P>0.05);B组、C组、D组第1、2、3疗程后分别与治疗前比EDI值显著降低(P<0.05),进一步采用SNK法两两比较进行多因素分析,结果 D组的EDI值显著低于B组、C组(P均<0.05)。结论氟化钠联合护牙素使用,能提高牙釉质脱矿再矿化的疗效。 Objective To observe the effect of sodium fluoride combined with tooth paste on demineralization and remineralization of dental enamel. Methods 48 orthodontic patients with 255 teeth who met the standard were selected in our hospital from December 2014 to June 2015. They were randomly divided into four groups: A, B, C and D. Group A of 11 cases, 57 teeth, blank control group, no drugs; Group B of 12 cases, 63 teeth, sodium fluoride alone; Group C of 12 cases, 66 teeth, single tooth protection; Group D of 13 cases, 69 teeth, sodium fluoride combined with tooth paste. The enamel demineralization index of teeth was measured by laser dental caries detector. The EDI values of each group before and after treatment were compared, and the effect of treatment on remineralization of enamel was observed. Results There was no significant difference in EDI value of group A before and after treatment(P 〉 0.05). The EDI values of group B, group C and group D were significantly decreased after first, second, third courses after treatment(P 〈 0.05). SNK method and multifactor analysis were adopted to further analyze. The EDI value of group D was significantly lower than that of group B and group C(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Sodium fluoride combined with tooth paste can improve the demineralization and remineralization of enamel.
