摘要
利用拉深试验研究了三种抗拉强度为980MPa级别超高强汽车薄板钢的延迟开裂性能。结果表明,DP980钢的组织主要为马氏体+铁素体;QP980钢的组织主要为马氏体+铁素体+少量残余奥氏体;TWIP980钢的组织主要为奥氏体。DP980和QP980钢耐延迟开裂性能较好,而TWIP980钢的耐延迟开裂性能最差。此外,奥氏体在变形过程中稳定性对钢的延迟开裂性能有重要影响。
The delayed fracture properties of three 980MPa ultra high-strength steel sheets were studied by deep drawing experiment. The results show that the microstructure of DP980 steel is martensite and ferrite. The mierostructure of QP980 steel is martensite, ferrite and little retained austenite. The main microstructure of TWIP980 steel is austenite. The delayed fracture properties of DP980 and QP980 steels are better. The anti-delayed fracture resistance of TWIP980 steel is weak. In addition, the stability ofaustenite during deformation has important influences on the delayed fracture property of the steels.
