摘要 本研究拟考察专业认同和大学生社交焦虑的关系及时间管理倾向在其中的中介作用。以314名大学生为被试,测查大学生的专业认同、时间管理倾向和社交焦虑。结果发现:(1)在专业认同和时间管理倾向上出现了年级差异。(2)专业认同与时间管理倾向显著正相关,专业认同、时间管理倾向均与社交焦虑显著负相关。(3)时间管理倾向在专业认同和社交焦虑之间起完全中介作用。 The mental health problem of college students has been the concern of society and universities. This study attempts to examine the relationship between professional identity and social anxiety as well as the mediating role of time managementdisposition. Three hundred and fourteen college students participated in the study and their professional identity, time management disposition and social anxiety were measured. Results indicated that both professional identityand time management disposition differed significantly in grades.Professional identitywas correlated positively with time management disposition. Professional identity and time management disposition were both related negatively to social anxiety. Time management disposition totally mediated the relationship between professional identity and social anxiety. Implications of this study for reducing college students' social anxiety are also discussed.
