摘要
风电弃风问题是世界风力发电共同面临的难题。随着我国风电装机容量的逐年增大,风电的大规模并网给电网安全、稳定运行带来较大影响。至2012年已经面临严重的弃风问题,其中东北电网为弃风限电"重灾区"。结合东北电网风电增长形势,通过探究分析辽宁省风电负荷特性、系统调峰能力,分析出东北地区风电现状不容乐观而解决该问题最为实际的出路就是风电供暖。
