摘要
目的构建宝鸡钛产业信息服务平台(BTISP),为宝鸡钛产业经济发展提供信息支撑,更好地服务于宝鸡钛产业的未来发展。方法从适合宝鸡钛产业发展信息服务平台内容入手,将有赏服务与免费资源整合,将国内资源与国外资源整合,为宝鸡钛企业提供技术信息与市场动态,因为信息资源本身就是企业生产要素的重要组成部分。结果列举了宝鸡构建钛产业信息服务平台的部分应用实例,指出了宝鸡钛产业信息服务平台存在的不足,并提出了进一步改进的相关措施。结论信息是发展的阶梯,通向未来的桥梁。宝鸡作为全国最大的钛及钛合金研发与生产基地,钛产业信息服务平台的建设更应该高瞻远瞩,不仅为宝鸡钛产业经济发展提供信息服务,也应该为国内相关企业的发展提供信息参考。因此,对于钛产业信息服务平台的不断改进、扩展与完善,未来依然是任重道远。
Purposes-To design a public information service platform for titanium industry in Bao- ji, Shaanxi, China, which can provide the information and support for the economic development of Baoji titanium industry and better serve the future development of titanium industry in Baoji and other places. Methods--Starting with the content of information service platform which is suitable for the development of Baoji titanium industry, Not only paid service and free information resources but also domestic and foreign information resources are integrated to provide technical and market information for titanium enterprises in Baoji because information resources are an important part of the enterprises ' essential productive factors. Results--By listing the application examples for creating Baoji Titanium Information Service Platform (BTISP), the deficiencies of the BTISP are pointed out, and the relevant measures for further improvement of BTISP are put forward. Conclusion--Information is a ladder of development and a bridge to future. Baoji is the largest R&D and production base of titanium and tita- nium alloy in China, so the BTISP construction should be more far-sighted and the BTISP shall pro- vide not only information services for the economic development of titanium industry in Baoji but also reference information for the development of related enterprises at home. Therefore, the continuous improvement, expansion and perfection of the BTISP still has a long way from in the future.
