摘要
以程潮铁矿西区开采为工程背景,对无底柱分段崩落法开采过程中,隐伏采空区顶板的冒落过程及破坏形式进行了深入的研究。首先,通过钻孔闭合回路,对顶板冒落过程进行了实时监测,并结合井下开采过程对采空区顶板冒落过程进行了时空分析。然后,基于室内相似材料试验模拟,对隐伏空区顶板变形规律及破坏形式进行了研究,绘制了围岩变形矢量图。研究表明,程潮铁矿隐伏采空区顶板的冒落经历了缓慢冒落(冒落停止)→突然冒落→缓慢冒落(冒落停止)→突然冒落的过程,并与岩石质量及关键层密切相关。冒落带上方岩层往往发生"简支梁"型破坏,顶板发生拉破坏,而拱脚及两侧发生压剪破坏。本文的研究成果,初步揭示了缓倾斜厚大矿体崩落法开采过程中,隐伏采空区顶板的冒落机理,对崩落法开采矿山的安全生产有重要的工程意义。
With the Chengchao iron mine as engineering background, the caving process and failure form of the concealed gob during the caving mining of gently inclined heavy ore were studied. Firstly, the roof caving process was monitored in real time through drilling closed circuit, and was then ana- lysed spatially and temporally under the condition of underground mining. Then based on indoors simi- lar material simulation experiment, the deformation laws and failure modes of the concealed gob roof were studied, and the deformation vector graphics of surrounding rock were drawn. The study has shown that the caving of the concealed gob roof in Chengchao iron mine experiences a process of"slow fall --~ sudden fall ~ slow fall --~ sudden fall" and is closely related to rock quality and key strata. The failure forms of surrounding rock are different in different positions: at the top of the caving zone, the "simple supported beam" type often occurs; the roof is often destroyed under tensile stress; at the foot position and both sides, the pressure-shear failure occurs. The study results reveal the collapse mecha-nism of roof of concealed gob and have important engineering significance for safe production of the caving mining.
