摘要
目的掌握广西食源性沙门菌优势血清型,建立广西食源性沙门菌优势血清型脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)指纹图谱资料库。方法对2015年收集的菌株进行血清分型,用PFGE方法对优势血清型鼠伤寒沙门菌进行分子分型,结合相关流行病学信息进行分析。结果 2015年从广西共收集到330株沙门菌,80株经血清学鉴定为鼠伤寒沙门菌,其中哨点医院病例中77株,食品中3株。80株鼠伤寒沙门菌经Xba I酶切分为67种型别,其中24株菌11种型别同源性分别达到100%,优势型别为JEX001.CN0056(3株)和JEX001.CN0062(3株)。36株菌26种型别同源性达到96%以上,JEX001.CN0015为食品分离株与腹泻病例株完全匹配型别。结论鼠伤寒沙门菌是2015年广西食源性沙门菌的优势血清型,呈高度散发状态。食品分离株与临床株之间同源性不高,但大部分散发腹泻菌株具有高度同源性。
Objective To investigate the dominant serotypes of foodborne Salmonella in Guangxi,and to establish the pulsed field gel electrophoresis( PFGE) fingerprint database. Methods The Salmonella strains in 2015 were collected to identify serotypes. The S. typhimurium were further typed by PFGE and analyzed combined with epidemiological information. Results A total of 330 Salmonella enterica stains were isolated from clinical and food in 2015. 80 S. typhimurium strains were subjected to serotyping,in which 77 isolates from clinical and 3 isolates from food were identified. The 80 S. typhimurium strains were differentiated into 67 Xba I PFGE patterns. PFGE genotyping of the 24 isolates in 11 PFGE patterns were 100% similar. The dominant patterns were JEX001. CN0056( 3 isolates) and JEX001. CN0062( 3 isolates). PFGE genotyping of the 36 isolates yielded26 PFGE patterns at an 96% similarity threshold. JEX001. CN0015 is diarrhea isolates match with food isolates perfectly.Conclusion S. typhimurium is the predominant serotype of foodborne Salmonella from Guangxi in 2015,and is highly sporadic. The homology between food isolates and clinical strains is not high,but most of the diarrhea strains have a high degree of homology.
