摘要
针对装备器材封存包装方式选择过程中对决策者和评价准则难以准确赋权的问题,提出了一种基于扩展多准则妥协解排序法(Vlsekriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje,VIKOR)的群决策模型,应用直觉模糊理论将语言变量形式的评价信息进行转换并集结,得到封存包装方式决策群组的直觉模糊决策矩阵,通过信任度函数,并结合熵权法分别对决策者和评价准则进行客观赋权,采用扩展多准则VIKOR法得到备选封存包装方式的折中可行方案。最后,结合案例进行了装备器材封存包装方式的选择决策,并通过敏感性分析和对比分析,验证了所提出方法的有效性,为装备器材封存包装方式选择提供了参考。
A group decision-making model based on extended multi-criteria VIKOR （VlseKriterijumska Optimizaeija I Kompromisno Resenje） is proposed to solve the difficulty to accurate the weights of the decision-makers and the evaluation criteria in the selection process of equipment material preservation pack- ing methods, and the intuitionistic fuzzy theory is used to transform and integrate the evaluation information of language variable form to get the intuitionistic fuzzy decision-making matrix of the decision-making group of preservation packaging methods. Through the trust degree function combined with the entropy weight method, the decision-maker and the evaluation criterion are weighted objectively, and the compromise feasible solution of the alternative preservation packaging methods is obtained by means of extended multi-criteria VIKOR. Finally, the selection and decision of equipment material preservation packaging methods is carried out with the case, and the validity of the proposed method is verified by the sensitivity analysis and comparative analysis, which can provide reference for the preservation packaging methods selection of equipment material.
