摘要
分析了网络空间联合反恐作战指挥的基本要求,提出了网络空间联合反恐作战指挥体系作战运用的基本流程,并从侦察监控、平战转换和作战指挥3个阶段进行了深入分析,为提高网络空间联合反恐作战指挥效能进行了有益探索。
On the basis of analyzing the basic requirements of the joint anti-terrorism combat command in cyberspace, the basic process of the operation using of the cyberspace joint anti-terrorism operations command systems is put forward, the operation process of joint anti-terrorism combat command system in cyberspace is studied from three stages of reconnaissance and monitoring, transformation of peace and wartime, combat commanding, which provides a useful exploration for improving the efficiency of the cyberspace joint anti-terrorism combat command.
