摘要
本文介绍了TYVEK材料性能及其应用现状,通过语义差分法对该材料的设计属性进行了研究,并分析了该材料在应用中存在的问题。在此基础上提出拓展设计思路;基于材料特性,依托成型工艺塑造产品形态、结构;合理搭配色彩纹样;通过复合材料调整材料性能等设计思路与方法,为TYVEK材料应用于产品设计实践提供了一定理论参考。
This paper introduced the characteristics and application of TYVEK. It studied the emotional properties and analyzed the problems existing in the application of the material, On the basis of the research, it puts forward the innovative design ideas and methods of expanding the product area of TYVEK; based on material characteristics, processing technology to design product shape and structures; use proper color matching; through the use of compound material to adjust material properties and so on. It provided a theoretical reference of the product innovation design on the basis of TYVEK.
