摘要
随着科学技术的快速发展,人们生活水平也得到了很大程度上的提高,基本实现了全面小康社会。以此同时,我国的土木工程也得到了快速的发展。在土木工程的实施中,人们对土木工程的管理和土木工程的造价也越来越关注。在土木工程的实施中,在保证工程质量达到国家规定的标准、施工安全可靠的前提下,尽最大的可能性降低土木工程的施工成本,严格控制土木工程的造价。本篇文章不仅分析和研究了土木工程管理基本的工作原理,而且还分析和研究了土木工程造价的控制措施。其中质量管理、进度管理以及成本管理是三块是土木工程管理的基础,要控制土木工程的造价,则需要在整个土木工程中对每个阶段的造价都严格控制,从而降低整个项目的综合成本,使得总成本在合同的签订金额范围之内~[1]。
